Ben Aaronson, Ph.D. has been at the UW Autism Center since 2007. He received training at the NYU Child Study Center, the Yale Child Study Center, and the UW Autism Center, and completed a yearlong internship in Seattle Public Schools. Dr. Aaronson has been involved in research focusing on intervention, mirror neurons, and genetics. He presents regularly at national conferences and is a member of the International Society for Autism Research and the American Professional Society of ADHD and Related Disorders. He holds a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from the University of Washington and certification as a School Psychologist. He is the founding director of the Apex Summer Camp program at the UW Autism Center.
